How can I access the restoration opportunities atlas and view the different layers?
The Restoration Opportunities Atlas can be accessed by clicking the ‘Launch Atlas’ button on the home page.The Atlas displays the maps in the center with panes on either side with multiple functionalities.
Three icons , , from left to right on the top of the layer pane can be used to obtain the following information:

about the atlas and the national-level statistics.

lists the different layers available in the atlas.
- provides state-level statistics in a tabular format or as a downloadable file. Users can either click on individual states in each layer to view relevant statistics or download a state-level report that contains information across multiple layers.
The data layer on the left, allows users to view the layers listed below with an option to select the desired layers to view on the Atlas. There are twenty layers on the atlas that are clubbed into seven thematic areas. A layer can be toggled on and off using . At present, it is recommended to view one layer at a time and not overlay the layers.
